Avocado, coconut and spinach smoothie

Try something different for breakfast.

Are you struggling to find a healthy nutritious breakfast? A smoothie jam-packed full of healthy ingredients, vitamins and minerals could be the perfect start to your busy day. A breakfast smoothie is a great way of getting a huge number of vital nutrients.

Not only does it taste great, it is also quick and easy to make as well as being the perfect travel option for on the go breakfasts.

Feel free to add your own extra ingredients to make this breakfast smoothie your own, but we think this one works just as well on it's own. Best served cold.

Preparation time: 10 minutes - Serves: 4

You will need:

- 1 Avocado - Half a cup of ice

- 1 cup of coconut milk - Half a cup of baby spinach

- 3 Medjool dates


Peel and pit the avocado, chopping into managable chunks.

Remove the stones from the dates.

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

This smoothie recipe can be kept in the fridge for up to 5 days, and we think it makes ideal breakfast smoothie.
